Designate one owner per tool — a senior IC, not your CTO. The team gets fast access. Leadership keeps their focus. Cookie Jar keeps the audit trail. Humans do the granting.

⭐ New hire shortcut
/cookie like @robin

Clones a teammate's tool shelf as a checklist. Tick what you need, batch-request your whole stack — day-one access without 10 separate DMs.

trust position

We route the request. You give the access.

Cookie Jar is a workflow, not an integration. It tracks who should have access — humans do the granting.

01

No credentials stored

We never hold tokens for GitHub, Jira, Figma, AWS, or any of your SaaS apps. Cookie Jar can't log in as you, and we can't be breached into your tools.

02

Humans approve and grant

The owner gets a Slack DM, clicks Approve, and adds the seat in the actual tool. No AI agent, no automation, no surprise actions on your account.

03

We just keep the record

Cookie Jar is the audit log for who's been approved for what, by whom, when. Your existing tools handle the actual access. Two clean responsibilities.

!
Explicit non-promise

We never integrate with Jira, Figma, Bitbucket, or any other SaaS app. No OAuth tokens to your accounts. No AI touching your stack. Cookie Jar tracks who should have access — humans do the granting.

who it's for

Built for the messy middle.

Cookie Jar is for teams of roughly 10–100 people, on Slack, where the founder or an engineering lead is still the one approving access requests. If that's you, you'll feel at home.

Not built for:companies on Microsoft Teams, or enterprises with a dedicated IAM team running Okta or Sailpoint — those tools already solve the problem better at that scale.
